Kristen Butler racked up two RBIs on one hit for the Chicago Bandits. She homered in the third inning.

Monica Abbott struck out nine hitters en route to the the Chicago Bandits win. Abbott allowed one earned run on eight hits and two walks over seven innings.

The USSSA Pride were led by a flawless day at the dish by Caitlin Lowe, who went 4-4 against the Chicago Bandits' pitching. She singled in the first, third, fifth, and seventh innings.

Sarah Pauly (4-3) was the game's losing pitcher. She lasted just three innings, walked three, struck out one, and allowed five runs.
