The AA Giants (7-2) shut the door early on the AA Indians (1-9), capturing a 14-2 victory on Sunday at Optimist #4.

With seven runs in the first three innings, the AA Giants left no doubt about the eventual outcome.

An RBI single by Brock Wozny during the first inning and an RBI single by Graham Fader, an error, , a two-run single by Connor Veillet, and an RBI double by Braydon Hanson in the second inning fueled the AA Giants' offense early.

Wozny racked up five RBIs on two hits for the AA Giants.

The AA Indians were led by Alexander Conne's hitting. Conne went 2-3 and scored one run. He tripled in the fourth inning and singled in the sixth inning.

Hanson improved to 1-0 on the year by picking up the win for the AA Giants. He allowed two runs over five innings. He struck out two, walked two and surrendered six hits.

David Lee (1-1) took the loss for the AA Indians. He allowed six runs in 1 1/3 innings, walked four and struck out two.
