The AA Dodgers (3-4) trailed by six in the fourth, but the AA Dodgers recovered thanks to a key in the sixth inning from Laine Halaska to pull out a 14-13 win in seven innings over the AA Rockies (2-6) at Foothills Park on Saturday.

With the score tied at 11 in the sixth inning, was hit by a pitch, bringing home Daniel Mah.

Each team blasted the other's pitching, and there were 27 total runs and 22 hits during the game.

The AA Dodgers would not relinquish the lead as the AA Rockies were unable to weather a three-run sixth inning deficit.

The AA Rockies scored two runs in the seventh on a two-run single by Seth Hewitt. Still, the AA Rockies couldn't draw even.

Jarod McAusland got a hit in each of his three at bats. He singled in the third, fifth, and sixth innings.

Mah got the win, running his season record to 1-0. He allowed two runs over three innings. Mah struck out three, walked one and gave up four hits.

Taylor Roberge (0-2) took the loss for the AA Rockies. He lasted just one-third of an inning, walked two, struck out one, and allowed no runs.
