The AAA Angels (6-2) and the AAA Rockies (4-5) each put runners in scoring position on Tuesday, but the AAA Angels capitalized on more RBI opportunities, pulling out an 11-7 win at Optimist #4.

Michael Heaton had two extra-base hits for the AAA Angels. He tripled in the first inning, singled in the second inning, and doubled in the third inning.

Brian Stilling got a hit in each of his three at bats. He singled in the fourth, fifth, and seventh innings.

B. Tanner Jesson got his second win for the AAA Angels despite allowing seven runs over 4 2/3 innings. He struck out two, walked two and surrendered nine hits.

Jeffrey Derks (0-1) took the loss for the AAA Rockies. He allowed 11 runs in three innings, walked four and struck out five.
