Solomon struck out six and allowed two walks and three hits.

Jose Cruz went a perfect 3-3 at the plate for the Lima Locos. He doubled in the second inning and singled in the seventh and eighth innings.

Brian Korte ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just four innings, walked one, struck out two, and allowed one run.
