The Terre Haute Rex (17-12) beat the Hannibal Cavemen (13-15) 4-2 on Monday at Bob Warn Field at Sycamore Stad behind Kyle Zimmerman, who went 2-2.

The Terre Haute Rex relied on Louis Cohen to eat up innings en route to the win. Cohen allowed one earned run, six hits and one walk while striking out five over six innings of work.

Dustin Lawson (1-1) took the loss for the Hannibal Cavemen. He lasted just 5 2/3 innings, walked two, struck out five, and allowed four runs.
