He homered in the fifth inning and singled in the ninth inning.Ted Williams racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Richmond RiverRats. He singled in the third inning and homered in the seventh inning.
Anthony Caringi improved to 2-2 on the year by picking up the win for the Butler Blue Sox. He allowed three runs over 6 2/3 innings. Caringi struck out four, walked two and gave up seven hits.
Patrick Van Daalwyk (1-2) took the loss for the Richmond RiverRats. He lasted just six innings, walked one, struck out two, and allowed four runs.
