Austin Crutcher had two extra base hits as the Dayton Docs (8-6) took home a 5-2 victory over the So. Ohio Copperheads (12-3) at Wright State University on Saturday.

The So. Ohio Copperheads couldn't get anything going as long as Scott Sebald was pitching. Sebald gave up just one hit, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out three during his two innings of work.

Zack Walsh improved to 1-1 on the year by picking up the win for the Dayton Docs. He allowed two runs over six innings. Walsh struck out two, walked four and gave up four hits.

Tom Durkin (1-2) took the loss for the So. Ohio Copperheads. He lasted just four innings, walked four, struck out three, and allowed four runs.

The Dayton Docs were sparked by Jake Neuschaefer and Jesse Rait, who teamed up for eight hits and four RBIs.
