The Eau Claire Express (3-6) and the Green Bay Bullfrogs (4-5) volleyed the lead five times on Friday, but the Eau Claire Express came out on top for a 11-7 win on Friday at Carson Park.

The Eau Claire Express took the lead in the fifth inning and held on for the victory. A fielder's choice scored Tyler Hermann and David Diaz-Fernandez and gave the Eau Claire Express the lead for good.

Chane Lynch racked up four RBIs on two hits for the Eau Claire Express. He homered in the third inning and doubled in the fifth inning.

Lance Thonvold brought the heat against the Green Bay Bullfrogs during his outing. The Green Bay Bullfrogs managed just one hit off of the the Eau Claire Express' pitcher, who allowed no earned runs, walked two and struck out five during his 3 2/3 innings of work.

JD Crowe led the Green Bay Bullfrogs' offensive threat, as he got on base three times in the game. He scored two runs and had one RBI. He singled in the third and fourth innings.

Garrett Harrison ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just zero innings, walked one, struck out none, and allowed four runs.
