The Sugar Land Skeeters (28-5) shut the door early on the York Revolution (17-17), capturing a 9-0 victory on Thursday at Sovereign Bank Stadium.

Five runs in the first three innings allowed the Sugar Land Skeeters to put the game away early.

A sacrifice fly by Josh Pressley during the first inning and , an error, , a sacrifice fly by Chase Lambin, an RBI single by Steve Moss, and in the second inning fueled the Sugar Land Skeeters' offense early.
