The Sugar Land Skeeters (12-2) beat the Lancaster Barnstormers (7-7) 12-2 on Friday at Constellation Field, Sugar Land after a 10-run explosion in the third inning.

Dustin Martin racked up two RBIs on three hits for the Sugar Land Skeeters. He singled in the second, third, and seventh innings.

Joe Mather had two extra-base hits for the Lancaster Barnstormers. He homered in the third inning, doubled in the fourth inning, and singled in the seventh inning.

Bobby Livingston got the win, running his season record to 1-1. He allowed two runs over five innings. Livingston struck out three, walked none and gave up seven hits.

Lenny DiNardo was charged with his second loss of the year. He allowed 10 runs in 2 1/3 innings, walked one and struck out two.
