The Pittsfield Suns (12-16) had a tough outing on Saturday, as the Marthas Vineyard Sharks (21-9) dominated in an 11-4 win at Wahconah Park.

Bo Slemons had a hot bat for the Pittsfield Suns. Slemons went 2-3, drove in one and scored one run. He homered in the third inning and singled in the fourth inning.
Kyle Brenner recorded his fourth win of the year for the Marthas Vineyard Sharks. He allowed four runs over six innings. Brenner struck out four, walked two and gave up five hits.
Patrick Lia (0-2) took the loss for the Pittsfield Suns. He lasted just one inning, walked two, struck out none, and allowed three runs.
