Juan Espinosa kept the Herndon Braves (10-31) off the board during his nine innings of work and the Silver Spring Takoma T Bolts (12-29) beat the Herndon Braves, 1-0.

Espinosa struck out seven and allowed five walks and eight hits.

Danny ODonnell improved to 3-4 on the year by picking up the win for the Silver Spring Takoma T Bolts. He struck out none, walked none and surrendered one hit.

Cameron Maxey (1-2) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just 1 1/3 innings, walked one, struck out one, and allowed one run.
