Matt Moceri had two extra base hits, sparking the Atwater Aviators (8-12) to an 8-6 victory over the Nevada Big Horns (8-8) on Saturday at Fireman's Memorial Ballpark.

Micky Phelps racked up two RBIs on three hits for the Nevada Big Horns. He singled in the fifth and seventh innings and doubled in the eighth inning.

Paul Cotler got the win, running his season record to 2-1. He allowed two runs over five innings. He struck out four, walked three and surrendered five hits.

Scott Benton couldn't get it done on the bump for the Nevada Big Horns, taking a loss. He allowed seven runs in six innings, walked three and struck out five.

The Atwater Aviators were sparked by Chrisholm Witt and Moceri, who teamed up for five hits and four RBIs.
