The Falmouth Commodores (7-13) beat the Hyannis Harbor Hawks 10-2 on Saturday at McKeon Park after a six-run explosion in the seventh inning.
The Falmouth Commodores scored in the seventh on a three-run double by Chris OBrien, a two-run triple by BA Vollmuth, and a groundout by Jason Esposito.
Vollmuth racked up three RBIs on three hits for the Falmouth Commodores.
The Hyannis Harbor Hawks (9-12) couldn't get anything going so long as Evan Danielli was on the hill. Danielli held the Hyannis Harbor Hawks hitless over one inning, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out three.
A bright spot for the Hyannis Harbor Hawks in the defeat was Cole Johnson, who allowed only three runs while striking out seven.
Jordan Cooper recorded his first win of the year for the Falmouth Commodores. He allowed one run over five innings. Cooper struck out two, walked one and gave up five hits.
