Fans were treated to a high-scoring affair Sunday as the Falmouth Commodores (5-11) outscored the Cotuit Kettleers (8-7) 14-9.

The teams totaled 28 hits in the game.

Todd Cunningham racked up three RBIs on two hits for the Falmouth Commodores. He singled in the third inning and tripled in the fifth inning.

Zach Cox racked up two RBIs on three hits for the Cotuit Kettleers. He doubled in the fifth inning and singled in the seventh inning.

Nick Tepesch improved to 2-2 on the year by picking up the win for the Falmouth Commodores. He allowed four runs over six innings. He struck out eight, walked one and surrendered eight hits.

Justin Grimm was charged with his second loss of the year. He allowed seven runs in 3 1/3 innings, walked four and struck out three.
