Taylor Wall kept the Bourne Braves (3-4) off the board during his six innings of work and the Falmouth Commodores (3-5) beat the Bourne Braves, 5-4.

Wall allowed two hits, two walks and struck out two.

The Falmouth Commodores would not relinquish the lead as the Bourne Braves were unable to weather a five-run seventh inning deficit.

The Bourne Braves scored on a wild pitch and an RBI double by Kyle Roller in the eighth inning and a two-run double by Pierre LePage in the ninth inning. Still, the Bourne Braves couldn't catch the Falmouth Commodores.

Todd Cunningham had a hot bat for the Falmouth Commodores. Cunningham went 2-4, drove in one and scored one run. He singled in the sixth and seventh innings.

Tanner Robles ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with the loss. He lasted just 2 2/3 innings, walked one, struck out four, and allowed three runs.
