Darrin Campbell kept the Hyannis Harbor Hawks (1-3) off the board during his six innings of work and the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox (3-1) beat the Hyannis Harbor Hawks, 3-1.

Campbell struck out three and allowed four walks and three hits.

Blake Kelso pushed the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox ahead, in the seventh inning, and the lead lasted until the final out. Chase Davidson singled to start the seventh. He then went from first to third on a single by Daniel Butler. Finally, Kelso came to the plate with the game scoreless in the seventh inning and singled, scoring Davidson.

Austin Wates reached base three times in the game for the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox. He scored one run and had one RBI. He singled in the eighth and ninth innings.

Kevin Moran couldn't get it done on the mound for the Hyannis Harbor Hawks, taking a loss. He lasted just 1 2/3 innings, walked none, struck out one, and allowed one run.
