Justin Grimm held the Falmouth Commodores (0-2) scoreless for six innings to boost the Cotuit Kettleers (1-1) to a 3-2 victory.

Grimm allowed one hit, two walks and struck out three.

A walk-off double by Cody Stanley gave the Cotuit Kettleers the win.

Stanley had a busy day at the plate, collecting two extra-base hits. He singled in the seventh inning and doubled in the fifth and tenth innings.

Drew Gagnier recorded his first win of the year for the Cotuit Kettleers. He struck out three, walked one and surrendered one hit.

Chad Sheppard (0-1) took the loss for the Falmouth Commodores. He lasted just 1 2/3 innings, walked two, struck out one, and allowed one run.
