Fans were treated to a high-scoring affair Wednesday as the exile (8-6) outscored the Boozehounds (9-5) 24-9 in four innings.

The two teams combined for 41 hits in the game.

The offense exploded for the the exile in the third. In the inning the exile scored 14 runs.

The game was back-and-forth heading into the third, with five lead changes.

Jeff Jackson racked up five RBIs on four hits for the exile. He singled in the first inning, doubled in the third inning, tripled in the third inning, and homered in the fourth inning.

Jahill Layne got his first win for the exile despite allowing nine runs over four innings. He struck out none, walked two and surrendered 14 hits.

Eddy Cepeda (2-3) took the loss for the Boozehounds. He allowed 24 runs in 3 2/3 innings, walked one and struck out none.

The exile pounded the Boozehounds pitching, as nine hitters combined for 24 hits, 21 RBIs and 20 runs scored.
