An outstanding effort by Ray Sonnenburg spurred the LENSCAPES INC (9-3) to a 19-17 win in seven innings over the morningwood (2-10) on Sunday at Tanglewood.

Sonnenburg racked up seven RBIs on five hits for the LENSCAPES INC. He singled in the second inning, homered in the first, fourth, and fifth innings, and doubled in the sixth inning.

The LENSCAPES INC were in a difficult situation in the third inning before they recovered for the win.

The LENSCAPES INC's Lenny Thaw was perfect at the dish, going 3-3. He singled in the second, third, and seventh innings.

Each team blasted the other's pitching, and there were 36 total runs and 55 hits during the game.

Jude Lobasso improved to 1-0 on the year by picking up the win for the LENSCAPES INC. He struck out none, walked two and surrendered three hits.

Ron Mauri ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his eighth loss of the year. He allowed 19 runs in seven innings, walked six and struck out none.
