Sunday was a great day for Jesse Okeefe, as he clubbed three home runs to carry the Snipers (5-3) to a 21-1 victory over the Alcoballics (0-8) at 12 Pines in three innings.

Okeefe racked up eight RBIs on three hits for the Snipers. He homered in the first and third innings.

Twenty-one runs in the opening three innings allowed the Snipers to easily put away the Alcoballics. An RBI single by Will Guarino, a three-run home run by Okeefe, and an RBI triple by Alex Klis during the first inning and an RBI single by Mike Capocci, an error, an RBI double by Klis, an RBI single by Joe Todaro, and a fielder's choice in the second inning fueled the Snipers' offense early.

Steve Romano recorded his second win of the year for the Snipers. He allowed one run over three innings. He struck out none, walked three and surrendered five hits.

jay sherrow was charged with his third loss of the year. He allowed 21 runs in three innings, walked five and struck out one.

The Snipers pounded the Alcoballics pitching, as six hitters combined for 15 hits, 19 RBIs and 16 runs scored.
