The El Paso Diablos (42-42) beat the Grand Prairie AirHogs (46-41) 5-4 in seven innings on Sunday at QuikTrip Park behind Maikol Gonzalez, who collected three hits.

Justin Harper pitched lights out for the El Paso Diablos. The Grand Prairie AirHogs managed just one hit off of Harper, who allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out two during his two innings of work.

Andres Rodriguez racked up three RBIs on two hits for the Grand Prairie AirHogs. He homered in the second inning and singled in the third inning.

Ronny Morla got the win, running his season record to 3-0. He allowed one run over 2 1/3 innings. He struck out two, walked one and surrendered one hit.

Jake Cowan (0-1) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just four innings, walked two, struck out seven, and allowed five runs.
