Kyle Turner knocked in three runs, sparking the Mankato MoonDogs (1-0) to a 10-5 victory over the Willmar Stingers (0-1) on Monday at Bill Taunton Stadium.

Forrestt Allday had two extra-base hits for the Willmar Stingers. He doubled in the fifth and seventh innings.

Adam Mott improved to 1-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Mankato MoonDogs. He allowed four runs over six innings. He struck out four, walked one and surrendered seven hits.

Mark Lukowski (0-1) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just two innings, walked none, struck out one, and allowed three runs.
