Jim Jacquot went 1-2 and hit a home run as the Florence Freedom (40-32) took home a 5-2 victory over the Road Warriors (3-9) in seven innings at Home of the Florence Freedom on Monday.

Ian Durham struck out five hitters en route to the the Florence Freedom win. The Florence Freedom's pitcher tossed five innings of shutout ball and allowed only four hits.

Shawn Marquardt (0-2) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just five innings, walked three, struck out two, and allowed four runs.
