The Dodgers AAA (4-0) took down the Angels AAA (2-2) 12-4 on Thursday at Optimist #4 after slamming the Angels AAA with nine runs in the third inning.

The game was back-and-forth heading into the third, with five lead changes.

The Dodgers AAA finally managed to grab the lead after a strong third inning. An error scored Nick Hutchison and gave the Dodgers AAA the lead for good.

Hayden Sormaz got the win, running his season record to 2-0. He allowed four runs over seven innings. He struck out four, walked two and surrendered five hits.

Connor Leggatt (1-1) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just two innings, walked three, struck out none, and allowed four runs.
