The Danbury Westerners (13-13) and the Holyoke Blue Sox (10-15) passed the lead back and forth seven times on Tuesday at Rogers Park, but in the end the Danbury Westerners pulled out a 4-3 win in seven innings over the Holyoke Blue Sox.

Daniel Spingola reached base two times. He scored one run and had one RBI. He homered in the third inning.

Eric Luksis improved to 1-1 on the year by picking up the win for the Danbury Westerners. He allowed three runs over six innings. Luksis struck out five, walked one and gave up seven hits.

Adam Norton was charged with his third loss of the year. He lasted just five innings, walked three, struck out three, and allowed three runs.
