The Duluth Huskies (18-14) outlasted the St. Cloud Rox (8-24) on Monday after nine lead changes, squeaking out a 7-6 win at Joe Faber Field.
Brian Hansen racked up three RBIs on two hits for the Duluth Huskies. He tripled in the fourth inning and singled in the eighth inning.
Andy Henkemeyer racked up three RBIs on three hits for the St. Cloud Rox. He homered in the third inning and singled in the fourth and seventh innings.
Nate Carter recorded his second win of the year for the Duluth Huskies. He allowed one run over two innings. Carter struck out two, walked none and gave up two hits.
Adam Maxon couldn't get it done on the hill for the St. Cloud Rox, taking a loss. He lasted just 3 1/3 innings, walked none, struck out three, and allowed one run.
