The Rockford Foresters (4-13) continued to pile up the runs on Thursday, scoring four runs in the last three innings, on the way to a 15-1 landslide win over the DuPage County Hounds (8-8) at Benedicitine University.

The Rockford Foresters scored four runs in the eighth on a sacrifice fly by Mark Goldsmith, an error, an error, and a sacrifice fly by Jameson Henning.

Jacob Lanning racked up two RBIs on three hits for the Rockford Foresters. He singled in the first, third, and eighth innings.

Cody Steed struck out seven hitters en route to the the Rockford Foresters win. Steed allowed one earned run, five hits and three walks over eight innings.

Tony Forcelledo couldn't get it done on the rubber for the DuPage County Hounds, taking a loss. He lasted just four innings, walked two, struck out four, and allowed five runs.
