Jordan Foley held the Thunder Bay Border Cats (10-12) scoreless for five innings to boost the Waterloo Bucks (16-6) to a 9-0 victory.

Foley struck out five and allowed one walk and four hits.

The Waterloo Bucks blew out the Thunder Bay Border Cats thanks to nine hits, including zero extra base hits. The Waterloo Bucks scored three runs in the fifth on a two-run single by Benny Roberts and a wild pitch.

Davis Hendrickson racked up two RBIs on one hit for the Waterloo Bucks. He homered in the third inning.

Dan Ludwig ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He allowed eight runs in four innings, walked two and struck out three.
