The Danville, PA native was named to both the 2nd-Team ABCA/Rawlings All-East squad and the New Jersey Collegiate Baseball Association (NJBCA) 2nd-Team squad in 2014 at Monmouth U. As a senior, Gronsky led the Hawks with a .330 batting average, 60 hits, 31 runs scored and five sacrifice flies. In 2013 Gronsky was named to the 1st-Team All-Northeast Conference (NEC) squad for a second straight year after leading the Hawks with 12 doubles, four triples, 20 extra-base hits, a .302 batting average and 17 multi-hit games. As a sophomore in 2012, Gronsky led Monmouth with a .313 batting average, 20 multi-hit games, a pair of nine game hitting streaks, 71 hits, 20 doubles and 11 hit by pitches. As a freshman in 2011,  he started 38 games and appeared in 42, finishing  with .292 batting average, 42 hits, 19 runs and 19 RBI’s. Gronsky capped off his four year career with 237 hits, fifth most in Monmouth U. history, and 203 career games, 12th most in school history.
