The 6’2 right hander for Lehigh University led the Mountain Hawks in strikeouts, wins, complete games and strikeouts in both 2013 and 2014. The Bethlehem, PA native’s best season was in 2014 where he finished with a team-best 5-1 record , 3.12 ERA and 62 strikeouts. In 57.2 innings pitched, Gotzon yielded just 52 hits and 16 walks while holding opposing hitters to a .241 batting average. He finished his four year career at Lehigh with 8.5 strikeouts per 9 innings. Gotzon attended Liberty High School and finished with a perfect 14-0 throughout his varsity high school career. He was a member of the National Honor Society.
