Travis attended Alvirne High School in Hudson, New Hampshire and currently attends Merrimack College as a Business Administration major. In his 2011 season at Merrimack, he logged 48 innings pitched with appearances in 14 games. 

Travis’ most memorable moment playing baseball was getting to the NH State Tournament his junior year of high school when everyone doubted his team.  His favorite MLB player is John Lester.  A place he has always wanted to visit is Spain or France.  Travis’ favorite thing to do when not playing baseball is fishing and hunting. 

With the Silver Knights in 2011, Travis recorded a 2-1 record with a 3.11 ERA, striking out 16.

When asked what he would do with $10,000,000, Travis replied that he would buy a huge house on a lake and give most to family and friends and with the leftover money, buy his dream truck – 2500 Chevy Silverado Turbo Diesel.
