Jack Pauley is a rookie for the 2021 ThunderBolts. He signed as a free agent on November 1, 2019 after finishing a three-year collegiate career at Northern Colorado University. In 153 total games for the Bears, he hit .333 with 113 runs scored and 121 RBIs. As a senior, he enjoyed his best season, batting .344 with a .611 slugging percentage and was named First Team All-WAC after achieving Second Team All-WAC in each of the prevoius two years.

Prior to Northern Colorado, Jack spent one year at Western Nebraska Community College. There he hit .380 with 13 home runs and 58 RBIs. He attended Saint Thomas Aquinas High School in Overland Park, Kansas.
