Max Dwyer begins his professional career with the ThunderBolts in 2018. He was signed on June 6, 2018 out of Bellevue University, where he pitched for two years. As a senior in 2018, he had a 3.67 ERA and 36 strikeouts in 27 innings. Over his two years with the Bruins, he posted a 3.60 ERA in 44 games with 14 saves. He also spent two years at Shoreline Community College in Washington and saved nine games while compiling a 3-7 record in 30 games (two starts) and a 4.06 ERA. Max attended Roosevelt High School in Seattle, Washington.
