  • 2018 will be Talbot's second season with the Skeeters, third in the Atlantic League and 15th in professional baseball 

  • Went 9-3 with a 3.03 ERA in 2017 with the Skeeters (21 G, 19 GS), which was the second-lowest ERA of any pitcher on the team to log at least 10 starts 

  • Led the Skeeters last season with 108 strikeouts (110 IP) while allowing 30 walks 

  • Has three seasons of MLB experience and last pitched in the majors in 2011 with the Cleveland Indians 

  • Made his MLB debut in September 2008 with the Tampa Bay Rays 

  • Was second on the Indians with 10 wins in 2010 while recording a 4.41 ERA in 28 starts

  • Career MLB Stats: 12-19, 5.30 ERA, 43 G, 41 GS, 232.2 IP, 275 H, 26 HR, 108 BB, 129 K 

  • Drafted by the Houston Astros in the second round of the 2002 MLB Draft out of Canyon View High School (Cedar City, Utah)
