Dylan Griffin looked sharp on the mound. Griffin held the Berkeley Lake Tides hitless over two innings, allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out five.

Taylor Smith improved to 1-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Atlanta Crackers. He allowed three runs over five innings. Smith struck out one, walked two and gave up six hits.

M. Kimbrel (0-2) was the game's losing pitcher. He allowed six runs in five innings, walked two and struck out three.
