The Battle Creek Bombers (1-3) trailed by four in the sixth, but Chris McCoy was able to capture the lead back with a error in the seventh, spurring the Battle Creek Bombers to a 7-6 win over the Lakeshore Chinooks (3-1) at C.O. Brown Stadium on Saturday.

With the Battle Creek Bombers trailing by one in the seventh inning, reached on an error, bringing home Dan Walsh and Tom Albert.

McCoy got on base two times in the game for the Battle Creek Bombers. He doubled in the fourth inning.

Even in defeat, Forrest Chadwich played well for the Lakeshore Chinooks.

It was a good day at the plate for the Lakeshore Chinooks' Chadwich. Chadwich went 3-4 and scored one run. He singled in the fifth, sixth, and ninth innings.
