A walk-off solo blast from Reggie Abercrombie brought home the winning run for the Sioux Falls Pheasants in a 5-4 victory over the Quebec Capitales (44-24) in 11 innings at Sioux Falls Stadium on Monday.

Abercrombie racked up two RBIs on four hits for the Sioux Falls Pheasants. He singled in the first, second, and ninth innings and homered in the eleventh inning.

The Sioux Falls Pheasants came out swinging, scoring three runs in the first inning to jump ahead of the Quebec Capitales early.

Kyle Mertins got the win for the Sioux Falls Pheasants. He tossed two innings of shutout ball. He struck out one, walked none and surrendered no hits.

Guillaume Leduc (2-5) took the loss for the Quebec Capitales. He lasted just 1 2/3 innings, walked none, struck out none, and allowed one run.
