The Rockland Boulders drub the New Jersey Jackals, 9-3

The Rockland Boulders (25-25) pounded the New Jersey Jackals (28-22) on Wednesday 9-3 at Yogi Berra Stadium.

The Rockland Boulders scored four runs in the third on an RBI single by Chris Valencia, a sacrifice fly by Qualon Millender, a sacrifice fly by Millender, an error, and an RBI double by Phillip Cuadrado.

Valencia reached base four times. He scored two runs and had one RBI.

Francisco Caraballo racked up two RBIs on two hits for the New Jersey Jackals. He homered in the first inning and singled in the sixth inning.

Pat Moran improved to 4-2 on the year by picking up the win for the Rockland Boulders. He allowed three runs over six innings. He struck out one, walked four and surrendered six hits.

Jon Kibler couldn't get it done on the bump for the New Jersey Jackals, taking a loss. He allowed seven runs in five innings, walked two and struck out two.
