The Kansas City T-Bones (46-46) had the lead early, but couldn't hold off the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks. The Kansas City T-Bones were up until the fifth inning, but the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks had other plans for the final outcome, taking the lead back on an RBI single by Buddy Sosnoskie.
Eric Campbell got on base three times in the game for the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks. He scored two runs and had one RBI. He singled in the fourth inning and homered in the ninth inning.
Despite the loss, the Kansas City T-Bones' Devin Anderson dominated the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks' batters, giving up two runs and striking out five.
Anderson (7-6) was the game's losing pitcher.
