Mark Wagner brought home the go-ahead run to give the Wichita Wingnuts (38-29) the lead in the sixth inning, as the Wichita Wingnuts hung on to beat the Laredo Lemurs (31-34) 3-2 on Saturday.

With the score tied at two in the sixth inning, Wagner came to the plate and homered, bringing home Wilberto Ortiz.

Wagner racked up two RBIs on one hit for the Wichita Wingnuts. He homered in the sixth innings.

Anthony Capra's six strikeouts were enough to push the Wichita Wingnuts past the Laredo Lemurs. Capra allowed one earned run on six hits and two walks over six innings.

Mark Haynes (3-4) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just seven innings, walked three, struck out six, and allowed three runs.
