Jacob Butler kept the Atwater Aviators (21-16) off the board during his six innings of work and the Top Speed Baseball (23-19) beat the Atwater Aviators, 2-0.
Butler allowed three hits, two walks and struck out eight.
Matt Pollock had two extra-base hits for the Top Speed Baseball. He homered in the first inning, doubled in the third inning, and singled in the sixth inning.
A bright spot for the Atwater Aviators in the defeat was Jason Renner, who allowed only two runs while striking out five.
Renner ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his third loss of the year.
