With the score tied at four in the seventh inning, Bell came to the plate and singled, plating Dominic Ramos.

Ramos put himself in scoring position with two extra-base hits for the Sugar Land Skeeters. He homered in the first inning and doubled in the seventh inning.

Kelvin Villa recorded his first win of the year for the Sugar Land Skeeters. Villa struck out none, walked one and gave up no hits.

T.J. Hose was charged with his fourth loss of the year. He lasted just one-third of an inning, walked none, struck out none, and allowed two runs.

The Sugar Land Skeeters were sparked by Amadeo Zazueta and Ramos, who teamed up for three hits and four RBIs.
