The Sugar Land Skeeters scored on an RBI triple by Ofilio Castro and a sacrifice fly by Steve Moss in the eighth inning and an RBI double by Jason Lane in the ninth inning. Unfortunately, the Sugar Land Skeeters weren't able to take the lead back.
Brian Burgamy was solid at the plate for the Camden Riversharks. Burgamy went 2-4, drove in one and scored two runs. He singled in the third and eighth innings.
Ricky Brooks recorded his fourth win of the year for the Camden Riversharks. He allowed two runs over six innings. He struck out none, walked three and surrendered seven hits.
Michael Nix ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his seventh loss of the year. He lasted just six innings, walked two, struck out two, and allowed five runs.
