Both the York Revolution (20-22) and the Long Island Ducks (26-17) put runners aboard on Sunday, but it was the York Revolution that were able to take advantage, pulling out a 6-3 win at Sovereign Bank Stadium.

Scott Grimes reached base three times. He scored one run and had two RBIs. He homered in the fifth inning.

Chris Cody got the win for the York Revolution thanks to seven strikeouts. Cody allowed two earned runs, six hits and one walk over seven innings.

Dan Lyons had a busy day at the plate, collecting two extra-base hits. He singled in the third inning, homered in the fifth inning, and doubled in the ninth inning.

Gustavo Chacin couldn't get it done on the rubber for the Long Island Ducks, taking a loss. He allowed six runs in six innings, walked four and struck out three.
