Greg Baggett came off the bench and never even had to swing his bat as Baggett reached on a error in the six to lead the Brockton Rox (19-20) to a 4-2 win over the Pittsfield Suns (20-21) on Tuesday at Wahconah Park.

Brendan Doonan pushed the Brockton Rox ahead, in the sixth inning, and the lead lasted until the final out. Baggett reached on an error to start the sixth. He then went from first to third on an RBI double by Jordan Berry. Finally, Doonan came to the plate with the score tied at one in the sixth inning, and singled, bringing home Baggett.
Jonathan Rosenberger brought the heat against the Pittsfield Suns during his outing. Rosenberger held the Pittsfield Suns hitless over three innings, allowed no earned runs, walked two and struck out one.
John Sheehan got the win, running his season record to 4-1. He allowed one run over 2 1/3 innings. Sheehan struck out three, walked none and gave up four hits.
Jason Condit ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just 5 2/3 innings, walked two, struck out three, and allowed two runs.
