Alex Mortensen knocked in three runs, helping the Swift Current Indians (12-13) to a 7-2 victory over the Melville Millionaires (17-14) on Saturday at Mitchell Field.

He singled in the second and fourth innings and homered in the eighth inning.

Garrett Anderson picked up the win for the Swift Current Indians. Anderson pitched seven innings and allowed no earned runs, six hits and one walk while striking out four.

Parker Thomas was charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just seven innings, walked one, struck out four, and allowed four runs.
