Four first-inning runs helped the Okotoks Dawgs (3-1) to a 5-1 win over the Lethbridge Bulls (2-3) at Seaman Stadium on Wednesday.
Stetson Olson had a hot bat for the Okotoks Dawgs. Olson went 1-3, drove in one and scored one run. He homered in the fourth inning.
The Lethbridge Bulls had no answer for Trent Wilson, who kept runners off the basepaths in his appearance. Wilson held the Lethbridge Bulls hitless over four innings, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out three.
Alex Graham recorded his second win of the year for the Okotoks Dawgs. He allowed one run over five innings. He struck out six, walked one and surrendered four hits.
Chris Walker (0-1) took the loss for the Lethbridge Bulls. He lasted just six innings, walked none, struck out seven, and allowed five runs.
