A walk-off single from Angelo LaBruna brought home the winning run for the Orleans Firebirds (19-14) in a 5-4 victory over the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox in 11 innings at Eldredge Park on Tuesday.

LaBruna racked up two RBIs on three hits for the Orleans Firebirds. He doubled in the fourth inning and singled in the ninth and eleventh innings.

The Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox (19-14)'s lineup had no answer for Kyle Crockett. The Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox managed just two hits off of Crockett, who allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out two during his 3 1/3 innings of work.

Preston Hatcher ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just 1 1/3 innings, walked none, struck out one, and allowed one run.
